Our company consists of Fortis Batavia BV, The Netherlands and Fortis srl, Italy. Both founded back in 1996 and active in the field of processing, trading and distribution of natural sausage casings.

We have our own processing and selecting facilities in Italy with EEC number 1859/LOA and in other parts of the world where we work according to HACCP standards and produce our constant high standard of quality, caliber and measurement, "tailor made" to suit the most demanding markets.

We apply constantly updated processing technology and logistic features to ensure our clients our right on time, every time policy.

The combination that makes us both unique and reliable in the world-wide casing business is our buying organization with offices in the Netherlands and our sales department with offices, warehouses and production facilities in Italy, Eastern Europe and China.
