The Fortis Casing Group celebrates its 10th Anniversary.

Fortis Batavia BV became member of the International Natural Sausage Casings Association, INSCA.

2003
Fortis srl moved to their new EEC approved factory site with production, warehouse and distribution facilities in Castelfranco Emilia, province of Modena, Italy.

2003
Fortis Batavia BV moved to their new office in Moerkapelle, The Netherlands.

2001
Fortis srl became member of Consorzio Tutela Budello Naturale, The Italian Association for the promotion of natural casings as sausage skin.

2000
Fortis Batavia BV became member of HBS, the Dutch Natural Sausage Casing Association.

1996
Founded in 1996, both Fortis Batavia BV and Fortis srl, quickly established a very reputable name in the world-wide natural sausage casing industry. From the beginning we have concentrated on high quality natural sausage casings and this has led to our world-wide business today.
